Accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord is the most important decision anyone ever makes. Although it cost God His One and Only Son to save you, you may accept Christ by sincerely following these A.B.C. steps ...

Admit you have a problem called SIN. Sin is anything that makes God sad and separates you from His perfect will for your life. Confess to God you are a sinner. Repent and turn away from your sins. (Romans 3:23 - "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"; Romans 6:23; 1 John 1:9; Acts 3:19).

Believe God's answer for sin is Christ's death on the cross. Trust that Jesus is God's Son and that God sent Him to save people from their sins. (Romans 5:8 - "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us"; Acts 4:12; Acts 16:31; John 3:16; John 4:6).

Commit. Give your life to Jesus. Ask Him to be your Savior and Lord. (Romans 10:13 - "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved"; Romans 10: 9-10; Matthew 16:24; Luke 9:23).

Prayer

"Dear God, I admit that I have sinned and that my sin separates me from You. I am sorry for my sin. I believe Jesus died on the cross for me so my sin can be forgiven. I also believe Jesus rose from the dead and is alive.

God, please forgive me. I commit my life to Jesus as my Savior and Lord. I will obey You and live for You the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."

If you prayed this prayer with all your heart...
